Although Sanmar enjoys a dominant
status in the Turkish tug industry, it is still a family run firm.
Indeed, much of its competitive edge results from the close working
relationships that prevail between the various disciplines.
The entire Sanmar fleet has been constructed by its own shipbuilding
department and continuous feedback is provided by the operations
division. This is constantly evaluated and, where appropriate,
applied to new projects.
The success of the resultant vessels has led to an ever-growing
demand from home and overseas for Sanmar built tugs or expertise
