The vessels have been ordered by Buksèr og Berging of Norway. Buksèr og Berging has signed a long term charter with Statoil ASA, the international energy company, and Gassco, the operator of the gas transportation network off the Norwegian coast.

Sanmar builds vessels at its brand new state of the art shipyard at Tuzla Bay on the outskirts of Istanbul. Sanmar proudly announces the delivery of 17 tugboats in 2014.
